Establishing a Company

We handle the legal, tax, notarial and practical steps required to establish and grow your Dutch business.

Helping You Thrive at Home and Abroad

Setting up a business in the Netherlands involves more than incorporating a legal entity. You need to choose the right legal and tax structure, complete the required registrations and prepare your business for day-to-day operations — from banking and accounting to payroll and legal support.

The Netherlands also provides a strategic base for expansion into the wider European market. Europartnerships Enterprises brings the entire establishment process together. Through our team and wider group, we provide a broad range of services, including tax, accounting, payroll, legal services, market-entry strategy, talent solutions and M&A. We also coordinate the notarial incorporation, company registration and business banking process, giving you one central point of contact from your first enquiry to a fully operational business ready to grow across Europe.

Here’s How We’ll Establish Your Company in the Netherlands

1. We Get to Know Your Business

We start by understanding your business activities, objectives, ownership structure, preferred timing and operational requirements.

2. We Develop the Right Structure

Our tax and legal experts help identify the appropriate legal form and structure for your business. You make the final decision based on their advice, after which we coordinate the incorporation process with the notary.

3. We Coordinate Documentation and Compliance

We coordinate the formal incorporation process with the notary. The notary carries out the required identification, UBO and compliance checks and prepares the deed of incorporation, articles of association and any necessary power of attorney.

4. We Take Care of Registration & Banking Set Up

Once the deed is signed and passed, the company and its directors are registered with the Dutch Trade Register (KVK) and UBOs are registered. We support you in opening your business bank account and handle tax registration and accounting.

5. We Provide Ongoing Strategy and Support

Our support continues as your activities in the Netherlands and Europe grow. Europartnerships Enterprises provides ongoing support with tax, accounting, payroll, legal matters, talent solutions, market-entry strategy and mergers and acquisitions.
